For the most up-to-date, detailed information, we encourage you to join our provider network and register for our Eye Health Manager, where you can check member eligibility, vision benefits, plan specifics, and clinical policies, in addition to submitting authorizations and claims.

Absolute Total Care Healthy Connections (Medicaid)
Absolute Total Care provides Medicaid benefits through Healthy Connections Medicaid.

Ambetter from Absolute Total Care (Marketplace)
Ambetter Health: Health Insurance Marketplace plans for individuals and families who may not qualify for Medicaid or other government coverage.
Ambetter Health Solutions: Health Insurance Marketplace plans for those who receive a defined contribution from their employer to purchase individual health insurance, such as through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs).
