For the latest information and resources, we encourage you to join our provider network and register for our Eye Health Manager, where you can check member eligibility, vision benefits, plan specifics, and clinical policies, in addition to submitting authorizations and claims.
You can also verify member eligibility through our automated IVR system, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To speak with a Provider Services representative, call our Provider Services line Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time.
